Arsenal 2 v 0 Cardiff City Bendtner (88), Walcott (90)
First Half: Walcott puts a sliding effort into the side netting. Wilshere has a penalty claim turned down. Mutch has a close range effort saved. Walcott fires an effort into the side netting.
Half Time: 0-0.
Second Half: Wilshere fires a shot onto the outside of the near post. Mertesacker heads wide of the far post from close range. Mertesacker heads wide of the far post following a corner. Goal! 2-0, Walcott is played through on goal by Wilshere before neatly chipping over the keeper into the far side.
Full Time: 2-1.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Walcott. Arsenal leave it late to beat Cardiff. Arsenal threatened throughout the whole match but just could not find a breakthrough. Luckily, in the space of two minutes Arsenal scored twice to seal a very late win. Cardiff didn't threaten in front of goal at all but were desperate to hang on for a goalless draw. It wasn't to be as they conceded shortly before full time to leave with nothing.

Swansea City 2 v 3 Manchester City Fernandinho (14), Bony (45, 90), Y. Toure (58), Kolarov (66)
First Half: Bony fires a long range low shot just wide of the near post. Goal! 0-1, Fernandinho puts City in front from the edge of the box with a low drilled shot past the keeper. De Guzman has a low shot saved. Dzeko has a long range volley deflected just wide of the post. Bony fires a low long range shot just wide of the far post. Goal! 1-1, Bony levels for Swansea after heading just inside of the near post.
Half Time: 1-1.
Second Half: Negredo has an effort saved. Goal! 1-2, Yaya Toure puts City back in front with a low shot that finds its way inside the far post. Goal! 1-3, Kolarov scores from the edge of the box with a fierce strike past the keeper. Bony has a long range shot parried away before Williams misses with an effort wide of the far post following a corner. Goal! 2-3, Bony scores with a long range low strike into the far bottom corner.
Full Time: 2-3.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Fernandinho. City grind out win at Swansea. Swansea kept battling away throughout but were undone twice by two brilliant goals. That was an important win for City who keep getting the three points. At 1-1, the game could have gone either way but a great goal from Kolarov put them back in control whilst Yaya Toure consolidated the victory.

Southampton 0 v 3 Chelsea Torres (60), Willian (71), Oscar (82)
First Half: Torres has a low shot that deflects wide of the near post. Torres make a good run past the defence but blasts over the bar. Lallana has a shot blocked by the defence. Ramires has a shot from the edge of the box tipped over the bar.
Half Time: 0-0.
Second Half: Fonte has a shot from close range blocked by the defence. Oscar is booked for diving. Oscar hits the far post with a misdirected cross. Goal! 0-1, Torres puts Chelsea ahead after heading in a rebound from close range. Lambert has a tame effort saved. Goal! 0-2, Willian scores from the edge of the box with a low thump into the near side. Goal! 0-3, Oscar scores after being played through on goal and sending the keeper the wrong way into the near side.
Full Time: 0-3.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Oscar. Chelsea rally to seal win over Saints. Southampton played well during the first half but were outclassed in the second. They had a few chances but just couldn't hold off a strong Chelsea second half performance. Chelsea put in a strong showing and deserved to win the game. Winning by three goals may flatter them but the result was never in question.

Manchester United 1 v 2 Tottenham Hotspur Adebayor (34), Welbeck (67), Eriksen (66)
First Half: Smalling has a close range volley saved at the near side. Lennon has a low shot saved at the near side. Goal! 0-1, Adebayor puts Spurs ahead after heading into the far bottom corner from an Eriksen cross. Soldado spurns a good chance, missing from close range at the far post.
Half Time: 0-1.
Second Half: Welbeck has a penalty claim turned down. Goal! 0-2, Eriksen scores after heading in at the centre of goal from close range. Goal! 1-2, Welbeck scores with a neat chip over the keeper into the far side. Hernandez has a close range backheel flick blocked. Lennon has a low shot saved. Young has a penalty claim turned down. Rooney has a low shot from the edge of the box parried round the post. Vidic has an effort cleared off the line.
Full Time: 1-2.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Adebayor. Spurs beat United in their own back yard. United could claim they didn't get any decisions from the ref go their way, especially the Young penalty claim. However, it was still a poor performance which ends their decent run of games. Spurs played really well and impressively ground out a massive win at Old Trafford.

Liverpool 2 v 0 Hull City Agger (36), Suarez (50)
First Half: Sagbo volleys over the bar from the edge of the box. Suarez has a goal ruled out for offside. Coutinho has a long range free kick saved. Sterling has an effort saved. Goal! 1-0, Agger puts Liverpool in front after heading into the centre of goal following a corner. Henderson strikes a low shot from the edge of the box just wide of the near post. Coutinho drags a shot wide of the near post.
Half Time: 1-0.
Second Half: Goal! 2-0, Suarez scores with a free kick into the near top corner. Coutinho has a shot saved after a brilliant run.
Full Time: 2-0.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Suarez. Routine victory for Liverpool. It was a strong performance from Liverpool who deserved to win the game. They never looked like doing anything but winning. Hull found this a tough game to compete in and were never really in it. One to forget for Hull.

Fulham 2 v 1 West Ham United Diame (7), Sidwell (32), Berbatov (66)
First Half: Goal! 0-1, Diame puts the Hammers ahead with a low shot past the keeper. Nolan has a close range header saved. Amorabieta has a header cleared off the line. Goal! 1-1, Sidwell levels for Fulham after heading into the centre of goal following a corner. Taraabt hits the far post with a low shot from the edge of the box. Red Card! Nolan is shown a straight red card for an off the ball incident.
Half Time: 1-1.
Second Half: Reither has a low shot saved at the near post. Taraabt has a header saved at the far post. Goal! 2-1, Berbatov puts Fulham in front after tapping in from close range at the far post.
Full Time: 2-1.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Sidwell. Fulham comeback to beat Hammers. It was a vital win for Fulham who have struggled so far this season. They were in control of the game during the second half but they still did well to get that second goal. West Ham were coping well but Nolan got himself sent off just before half time for not being able to control himself. They were put under pressure for the rest of the game and Nolan ultimately lost the game for West Ham today with this stupidity.

West Bromich Albion 1 v 0 Newcastle United Berahino (87pen)
First Half: Cabaye strikes a volley just wide of the near post. Anelka has a close range effort tipped over the bar.
Half Time: 0-0.
Second Half: Remy curls an effort over the far side. Red Card! Debuchy is shown a straight red card for a horror lunge tackle. Ridgewell scuffs an effort wide of the near post from close range. Penalty! Vydra is fouled by Krul inside the box. Goal! 1-0, Berahino scores from the spot into the bottom corner to put the Baggies in front.
Full Time: 1-0.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Berahino. West Brom seal a late dramatic victory. That was a vital three points for West Brom who snatched victory right at the end of the game. Newcastle will blame Debuchy for getting sent off after losing today. It was a two footed, studs showing horror lunge which left the ref no choice but to show red. They nearly held on but Krul gave away a late penalty and couldn't save it.

Sunderland 0 v 1 Aston Villa Agbonlahor (15)
First Half: Fletcher fires a low shot across goal and wide of the far post. Goal! 0-1, Agbonlahor puts Villa ahead after being played through on goal and rounding the keeper before tapping in. Colback hits an effort that deflects wide of the post.
Half Time: 0-1.
Second Half: Bacuna has a long range driven shot deflected past the near post. Giaccherini has a goal ruled out for offside. Benteke has a close range shot headed off the line. Albrighton has a fierce blast parried away from the near top corner. Giaccherini skies a shot from long range well over the bar.
Full Time: 0-1.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Agbonlahor. Villa hold on to win at the Stadium of Light. Sunderland conceded a very poor goal to give away and never came back from it. They were vastly unlucky not to have levelled though after Giaccherini was wrongly ruled offside before the Italian scored. Massive win for Villa who will be delighted to have taken three points away from home.

Stoke City 1 v 1 Everton Assaidi (49), Baines (90pen)
First Half: Mirallas fires a long range shot that crashes against the crossbar. Assaidi has a deflected shot go wide of the near post. Mirallas hits the post with a free kick before Lukaku heads wide of the near post.
Half Time: 0-0.
Second Half: Goal! 1-0, Assaidi puts Stoke ahead with a low shot from the edge of the box into the near side. Mirallas has an effort blocked. Naismith and Jelavic are both have their efforts blocked. Penalty! Osman is fouled by Pennant. Goal! 1-1, Baines levels from the spot into the bottom corner.
Full Time: 1-1.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Osman. Late penalty earns Everton point. Stoke defended really well for the majority of the game and should have held on for the win. However, Pennant had other ideas after his really stupid challenge inside the box gave away a penalty in the dying moments. Everton were unlucky not to have been ahead during the game but did well to scramble a draw after the way things unfolded.

Crystal Palace 1 v 1 Norwich City Johnson (39), Puncheon (44pen),
First Half: Jerome fluffs a chance at the far post. Goal! 1-0, Johnson puts Palace ahead with a shot from the edge of the box that goes in via the inside of the near post. Hoolahan and Chamakh get booked for going to head to head. Jerome has a header headed off the line. Penalty! Fer fouls Jedinak inside the penalty area. Goal! 1-1, Puncheon sends the keeper the wrong way from the spot to level for Norwich.
Half Time: 1-1.
Second Half: Redmond has a shot parried away at the near post. Jerome blasts a shot wide of the far post. Red Card! Fer is sent off for a second yellow card.
Full Time: 1-1.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Jedinak. Spoils shared at Selhurst Park. Palace deserved their point as they played well. They were the more likely to score the winner but it was not to be. Norwich were going well and took the lead. However, a poor penalty to give away cost them the victory and it will not please the manager to see Fer get sent off late in the game.

Best Goal: Bony, Kolarov, Willian, Suarez. Winner: Bony.
