Full Time: 2-1.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Hazard. Chelsea rally to grind out win over Liverpool. In the end, Chelsea proved to be too strong for Liverpool. They recovered from a slow start to turn things around in their favour before half time and held on for three points. Liverpool got off to the perfect start but things just did not go there way from then onwards. They could have levelled late on but Suarez had a fair shout for a penalty turned down.

Newcastle United 0 v 1 Arsenal Giroud (65)
First Half: Rosicky has a long range shot saved. Cazorla has a long range shot saved. Sissokho has a long range driven shot parried over the bar. Debuchy heads onto the bar.
Half Time: 0-0.
Second Half: Goal! 0-1, Giroud puts Arsenal ahead with a flicked header into the far side following a free kick from Walcott. Walcott has an effort headed onto the bar. Remy has a blocked attempt go just wide. Ben Arfa fires into the side netting. Ben Arfa blazes very wide of the goal from long range.

Full Time: 0-1.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Walcott. Giroud claims points for Arsenal. Newcastle were in the game but just couldn't create a meaningful chance in front of goal. Arsenal controlled most of the game and deservedly scored the winner as they battled hard throughout.

Everton 2 v 1 Southampton Coleman (9), Ramirez (71), Lukaku (74)
First Half: Barkley has an effort saved. Goal! 1-0, Coleman puts Everton in front after cutting inside and firing into the far top corner. Lallana drags an effort wide of the near post. Ward-Prowse strikes a volley very wide of goal.
Half Time: 1-0.
Second Half: Barkley misses a close range effort just wide of the far post. Rodriguez has a long range shot deflected just wide of the post. Goal! 1-1, Ramirez levels for Saints with a long range strike that flies through the keeper. Goal! 2-1, Lukaku puts Everton back in front after firing into the near top corner. Lukaku fires over the bar from the edge of the box. Lukaku has a low shot parried past the post.

Full Time: 2-1.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Barkley. Lukaku claims victory for Everton. It was a clinical performance from Everton who always looked as though they posed a threat going forward. A decent win which keeps them in the hunt for European places. Southampton were involved in the game and had their chances. They did well to level but conceded shortly after which undid all their good work to get back in the game.

Tottenham Hotspur 3 v 0 Stoke City Soldado (37pen), Dembele (65), Lennon (69)
First Half: Eriksen has a low effort from close range saved. Soldado drags a volley wide of the far post. Soldado has a glancing header go just wide of the far post. Penalty! Adebayor's shot is handled in the box. Goal! 1-0, Soldado sends the keeper the wrong way from the spot to put Spurs ahead.
Half Time: 1-0.
Second Half: Soldado has a close range effort saved. Eriksen has a low shot from the edge of the box saved at the near post. Goal! 2-0, Dembele scores with a low shot from the edge of the box across goal into the far bottom corner. Goal! 3-0, Lennon scores with a volley into the far side. Lamela has an effort block saved behind. Crouch has a close range header saved.

Full Time: 3-0.

My Opinion:
My man of the match was Eriksen. Tottenham cruise to victory. It was a dominant display from Spurs who looked like they were back to their best today. The win never looked in doubt after they went ahead and it was thoroughly deserved. Stoke just couldn't get themselves in the game and were outplayed today.

Best Goal: Hazard, Coleman, Ramirez, Lukaku, Dembele, Lennon. Winner: Hazard.
